DO YOU SHIP EVERYWHERE?

Yes! Some places take a bit longer than others, but we have been shipping world-wide for decades. Because our Creole Pralines should be consumed within a week or so, we don’t like to send them too far away, so for international orders we recommend the Creamy Pralines.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We try to price shipping to just cover our costs. Your shipping cost is based on the weight of the products in your specific order and how far away from New Orleans you are sending your order. At this time we are finding the best rates through FedEx and USPS; when you are checking out you will have several choices for the carrier and speed of delivery, with each shipping cost clearly identified before you confirm your order.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED?

As soon as your package goes out of our door you will be sent an email with your tracking number. With this number, you can follow the progress of your package.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We will ship your order on the next business day after you place your order. Because FedEx and USPS do not pick up from us on the weekends, this means we ship a lot out on Mondays:

So, if you place your order on Friday, and select “two-day shipping”, we will ship it on Monday and you should receive it on Wednesday.

DO YOU HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?

Yes. We have a Praline of the Month Club, in which each month you can receive either a box of six or a box of twelve pralines. Each month’s delivery is a special surprise from us, with different varieties and flavors to keep it fun.

CAN I PICK UP AN ORDER INSTEAD OF SHIPPING IT?

Yes, you can, but only if you are lucky enough to be in New Orleans! When checking out, select the “Store Pick Up” option, which is of course free. Orders can only be picked up from our store at 750 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70130. Hours for pickup are 8:00a – 5:00p Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Aunt Sally’s. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us directly so that we can make it right. WILL YOU ADD MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO YOUR MAILING LIST AUTOMATICALLY JUST BECAUSE I ORDER SOMETHING FROM YOU?

You will only get emails from us if you check the box asking to receive news and updates. Simply purchasing something from our website as a guest will not put you on our mailing list. If you opt in, you will find that our emails are pretty fun, not too frequent, and they will let you know when we have special promotions, new items, or something exciting to share with you.

HOW LONG DO PRALINES LAST AND WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE THEM?

Store our pralines at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight. If you buy in bulk, our Creole pralines can also be frozen until you get your next craving. As for how long they last, it depends on what type of praline you order:
Our Creole Pralines are made from the original family recipe developed over 80 years ago. They contain no preservatives and are best consumed within a week of purchase. They never get “bad” but after a week or so the sugar starts to crystalize and they lose the characteristic snap that you enjoy when biting them.
Our Creamy Pralines are more fudge-like and they will last for up to eight months from production. The expiration date is clearly printed on each wrapper.
Our Chewy Pralines last about six weeks, depending upon the environment (humidity, temperature). If your Chewy Praline feels harder than you prefer, just pop it in the microwave for ten seconds and all the delicious softness will come right back.

DO YOUR PRALINES CONTAIN MSG, GMO INGREDIENTS, OR OTHER SCARY STUFF?

No!

ARE YOUR PRALINES GLUTEN-FREE?

Yes, all of our pralines are gluten-free.

ARE YOUR PRALINES KOSHER?

Yes, our commercial kitchen facility is inspected and certified annually by Louisiana Kashrut Committee.
