Ragin Cajun creates and produces all of its products in-house right in Acadiana with proprietary blends and authentic Cajun recipes. Ragin Cajun products are as authentic as it gets, and they never take shortcuts to truly represent their Cajun roots.

Shrimp & Grits:

Shrimp: Combine shrimp, shrimp seasoning packet, onions, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and chill for 15 mins. Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp mixture and Sautee until shrimp are pink (approximately 5 mins).

Grits: Whisk grits into 5 cups of boiling water, reduce heat to low and let cook covered for 5 minutes (stir occasionally). Remove from heat, let set for 5 mins.

Spoon the shrimp on top of the grits in a serving bowl and enjoy!

Seafood Bisque:

Whisk Ragin’ Cajun Authentic Seafood Bisque mix, heavy cream, water and creamed corn in a 1 0 quart pot, bring to a b oil. Once boiling add in seafood. Reduce heat to low for 25 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes then serve.
