         Founded in Mandeville in 1986 with 260 ladies, 2027 will be our 41st Mardi Gras Parade.

  In addition to our beautiful parades, Eve members participate in many community projects. 

Our Mini-Pralines are made by AUNT SALLY'S 
— New Orleans Most Famous Praline™ —
which was founded in 1935 and still family owned today.
